Ronald Hunter Paintings takes your privacy seriously. We process your personal data because you use our website, our services and also because you provide this data to us yourself. We do our best to process the data you have provided to us in a careful manner. This privacy statement gives you a clear overview of which personal data we process, how we handle this personal data and also indicates as clearly as possible why we collect it. Within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation, Ronald Hunter Paintings is a so-called controller in this regard.

View, edit and delete

This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.

Ronald Hunter Paintings would like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Shipping Terms
Our packages are shipped multiple times a week. Your order will be prepared within 5 business days, and you will receive a track & trace code from us via email a few days after the order confirmation. Typically, it takes between 2-4 days for a package to arrive, depending on the destination. Roxier ships worldwide; the shipping costs applicable to your country will be calculated automatically. Note: international customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We pack the artwork securely in layers of bubble wrap with a wooden board, packed in a reinforced cardboard box. If you see any damage when your package is delivered, you can refuse the shipment as [damaged – return to sender] or have the courier mark the tracking as [damaged received, pending further inspection]. Please file the claim immediately! You must keep all boxes and packaging materials. When you call, you will need the tracking number of your package, a description of the damage, and its value. Take photos of the damaged package and send them to Roxier with the information about your actions. Priority Shipping If you want to receive the artwork on a specific date, please contact us for options.
Custom Art Upon receipt of your custom art order, you will receive a specification from us with the schedule and price of the artwork (+ shipping). When your custom artwork is completed, you will receive photos by email. Adjustments in color palette are possible. Only after your final approval and payment, we will prepare the delivery of your artwork. Please note that custom artworks must be paid in € (EUR); therefore, the price for an order may change due to fluctuations in exchange rates if you complete the transaction in another currency.
Returns and Cancellations
We want you to be satisfied with the artwork, a return request is possible within 14 days. You will receive the full purchase price back; the return shipping is at the customer’s expense and will not be reimbursed. It is important that you pack the artwork the same way you received it (in the original packaging); this is to prevent damage during transport as much as possible. So, make sure you keep all packaging materials until you are sure that you want to keep the painting. However, please note that if you paid for the item via PayPal, PayPal may charge you for returning the amount, and any incurred costs will not be covered by Roxier. In the unlikely event of a problem with the quality of the product or if you have received the wrong product, we will resolve the situation to your satisfaction as soon as possible. Please contact us to coordinate the desired action. Roxier reserves the right to cancel an order in the webshop if the price or any of the specifications of an item is not displayed correctly. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is! Keep in mind that an original artwork is € 350 and up, art on paper +/- € 129, and limited editions +/- € 79.
Secure connection
The Ronald Hunter Paintings website has a secure connection. This means that the data sent between your device with which you visit the website and the server on which the website runs is encrypted. The website has an SSL certificate to guarantee this secure connection. The certificate has a 4096 bit encryption so that you are assured of the highest level of security.
Server
The Ronald Hunter Paintings website is hosted on a server. The server is located in a data center located in the Netherlands and offers sufficient security facilities such as climate control, 24/7 security security personnel, fire extinguishing systems, UPS generators, full CCTV coverage and monitoring, automated alarm systems and access control.
Backups
The website files and database are regularly backed up. This backup is encrypted and is also stored in a secure location. Old backups containing old data are destroyed as soon as they are no longer needed.
